Would you imagine Minister Clyde Caruana not presenting the Budget on time, claiming that he is understaffed?
Oh well, that is exactly what our aspiring Prime Minister just did. In breach of its legal obligations, the PN has once again failed to produce its accounts on time and, instead of issuing an apology, insulted us all by coming up with the lamest of excuses: not having sufficient staff.
At least they didn’t tell us that they don’t even afford the software licenses required to run an excel sheet.
So, if he ever becomes Prime Minister, how does Bernard Grech expect the business community to take him seriously? Does he understand that he will be responsible to enforce much stricter obligations than the one he’s failing, and in doing so, be taken seriously.
Worse than this, he pretends to be the most righteous being on earth, so righteous that the rest of us common mortals are expected to look the other side when, you know, he makes his routine blunders.
