At a press conference held today journalists were very eager to ask questions to the author of the PN manifesto. The questions were many, but the answers left the room wanting.

Basic questions rhetorical answers.

The details on the metro cannot be disclosed yet. Locations of where the large number of new schools proposed to be built are not known yet. The University Sport Complex will be completed within 2 years instead of 7 because it has to. The trades that are to to be pushed educationally are still to be identified, as, like all other schools, the location for such trade school.

And don’t dare understand the logic behind the justifications being put forward to explain the endless mistakes – the PN is transparent, it has an ‘App AI’, and mistakes are identified.

Finally, at the end of the press conference, a journalist  had the guts to ask the most obvious of questions to Dr. George Vital Zammit.

Since you are claimed to be the author of the manifesto, did you even read it before publishing? Your space proposal on one page promises 100 million and on another 500  million, the renewable target is both at 30% and at 50%.

The answer by the manifesto’s author: ‘this is a very transparent process’.

Of course it is transparent, and we are seeing right through you.
